Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services: InkDot Creation provides digital marketing, content & copywriting, creative & graphic design, website design & UI/UX, web development, ERP & business solutions, and printing & promotional solutions according to written project estimates approved by the client.

2. Print Proof Approval: Clients are responsible for reviewing final digital proofs (spelling, layout, and dimensions) prior to bulk CMYK offset/digital printing. Minor color variations between RGB screens and physical CMYK substrates are normal industry standards.

3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of agreed project fees, final approved brand assets and website deliverables are assigned to the client as specified in the project quotation.
